Eagle HEX is a technology brand operated by DAT Security, based in Uttar Pradesh, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DAT Security operating as Eagle HEX.
These terms cover the Eagle HEX website and, where offered, related services, software and digital materials. A page marked as a preview or being prepared is informational and is not an offer to sell a product or service.

06Orders, pricing and payment
Razorpay checkout is being prepared in Test Mode. Test transactions simulate payment and do not charge real money. Live sales are disabled until product scope, deliverables, final prices, taxes or other charges, delivery/access method, and applicable cancellation/refund terms are confirmed and shown before purchase.
A purchase is accepted only when the order is confirmed under the terms shown for that offer. Razorpay may process payment details when checkout is enabled; its terms and privacy notice also apply to its service. Nothing here removes a right that applicable law gives a customer.
07Software and digital materials
If software or downloads are offered, the relevant product page or license will state what access or use is permitted. Unless a written license says otherwise, buying access does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You may not copy, resell, publicly distribute or modify protected material beyond the permission provided by its license or applicable law.

A service engagement begins only under an accepted written scope, proposal or order. That document should identify the work, fees, dependencies, schedule and deliverables for the engagement.
