01What cookies are
Cookies are small data files a website or its service providers may store in a browser. Related technologies can include session storage, local storage, pixels and similar identifiers.
02Current Eagle HEX website
Customer account pages use a first-party PHP session cookie for form security and, after sign-in, to maintain the authenticated session. It is an essential session cookie marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and Secure when accessed over HTTPS. It is not used for analytics, advertising or campaign tracking.
The current Eagle HEX application code does not use analytics, advertising or campaign-tracking cookies. Razorpay Checkout is loaded only when payment keys are configured; its checkout may use technologies governed by the Razorpay notice. Test Mode simulates payments and live sales remain disabled until separately enabled.
The hosting or security infrastructure may process technical request data to deliver or protect the site. Such infrastructure is not an analytics or advertising feature controlled by the page scripts in this build.
03Essential account session cookie
The account feature needs the session cookie to keep sign-in state between pages and validate account-form security tokens. Blocking it prevents sign-in and account forms from working correctly.
04Analytics and advertising technologies
Analytics, advertising pixels and campaign-measurement cookies are not active in the current site code. If we choose to add optional tracking technologies, we will update this notice and provide any consent or preference controls required by applicable law before using them.
05Third-party technologies
An external service embedded or linked on the site may use its own cookies or similar technology when you interact with it. Its provider controls that technology and its privacy notice. The current Eagle HEX pages do not embed an analytics or advertising service. Razorpay Checkout may load on the checkout page when configured, and its provider controls any technologies it uses.
06Browser controls
Most browsers let you review, block or delete cookies in their privacy settings. Browser controls vary by product and version. Blocking the essential account cookie prevents login, registration and password-reset forms from working correctly.
07Retention
The account cookie is configured as a session cookie and normally ends when you close the browser. The server-side signed-in session expires after seven days and is revoked on sign-out or password reset.
08Changes and contact
We will revise this page when the website’s cookie use changes. The current revision date appears at the top of the page.
